    Lucky enough to have been one of the first IT lawyers in the UK by being in the right place at the right time - particularly in the late 1980s, starting off in-house by being Manager of Legal Affairs at Hewlett Packard (from 1978 to 1983)  and then later, in private practice, acting for many of the largest and most successful IT companies in the world. Still enjoys IT work and specialise in IT matters generally but in particular in Cloud Computing, Open Source Software and Software and Business Method Patents.
